Requests the Executive Secretary to notify Parties planning to use the international transaction log of the annual fees to cover the budget for the international transaction log for the biennium 2012 - 2013, subject to paragraph 7 below, as early as possible and at least four months in advance of the relevant calendar year;
4- يطلب إلى الأمين التنفيذ أن يُخطر الأطراف التي تعتزم استخدام سجل المعاملات الدولي بالرسوم السنوية المطلوبة لتغطية ميزانية سجل المعاملات الدولي لفترة السنتين 2012-2013، رهناً بأحكام الفقرة 7 أدناه، وذلك في أقرب وقت ممكن وعلى الأقل قبل بداية السنة التقويمية ذات الصلة بأربعة أشهر؛
