23. In light of the above, the Thirteenth Annual Conference of the High Contracting Parties to Amended Protocol II may wish to take the following decisions:

1. The Thirteen Annual Conference of the High Contracting Parties to Amended Protocol II to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed To Be Excessively Injurious or To Have Indiscriminate Effects, held in Geneva on 11 November 2011, decided to convene a two-day meeting of the Group of Experts of the High Contracting Parties on 23 - 24 April 2012.
1- قرر المؤتمر السنوي الثالث عشر للدول الأطراف في البروتوكول الثاني المعدَّل الملحق باتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معينة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر، المعقود في جنيف في 11 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2011، أن يعقد اجتماعاً لمدة يومين لفريق الخبراء التابع للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في 23 و24 نيسان/أبريل 2012.
