29. The Forum should consider inviting the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to:

11. Invites the member organizations of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to provide expertise and advisory services to the United Nations Forum on Forests;

12. Invites the executive heads of the member organizations of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to participate actively in the ministerial segments of the United Nations Forum on Forests.
12 - يدعو الرؤساء التنفيذيين للمنظمات الأعضاء في الشراكة التعاونية المعنية بالغابات إلى الاشتراك بنشاط في الأجزاء الوزارية التي يعقدها منتدى الأمم المتحدة المعني بالغابات؛

6. Invites members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to improve dedicated information and advice services on all sources of finance for sustainable forest management;

7. Also invites members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to consider an organization-led initiative to support the work of the Forum in helping countries on financing for sustainable forest management.

However, given the complexity of developing and validating such indicators, FAO has invited members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to participate in a joint initiative on defining, assessing and reporting on forest degradation.

20. Invites members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to continue to strengthen the Tehran process in developing and implementing strategies on conservation and rehabilitation of forests in low forest cover countries;
20 - يدعو أعضاء الشراكة التعاونية المعنية بالغابات إلى مواصلة تعزيز عملية طهران من أجل إعداد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تتعلق بحفظ الغابات وإصلاحها في البلدان ذات الغطاء الحرجي القليل؛

(e) Invite members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to organize joint regional workshops of national focal points to build capacity for forest-related monitoring, assessment and reporting;
(هـ) دعوة أعضاء الشراكة التعاونية المعنية بالغابات إلى تنظيم حلقات عمل إقليمية مشتركة لمراكز التنسيق الوطنية لبناء القدرة على الرصد والتقييم والإبلاغ فيما يتصل بالغابات؛

(d) Invite the member organizations of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to support activities designed to assist countries in their efforts to achieve full-cost internalization of the production chain and use of wood products and their non-wood substitutes, and in developing payment mechanisms for environmental services of forests;
(د) يدعو المنظمات الأعضاء في الشراكة التعاونية المعنية بالغابات إلى دعم الأنشطة الرامية إلى مساعدة البلدان في جهودها من أجل احتساب كامل تكلفة سلسلة الإنتاج واستخدام المنتجات الخشبية وبدائلها غير الخشبية، وفي استحداث آليات لدفع مقابل الخدمات البيئية للغابات؛

(a) Calls on all partners participating in the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to require recognition of the ILO core labour standards in all forestry projects, research, grants and loans as a method to promote a more equitable sharing of benefits arising from the utilization of forest resources;
(أ) يدعو جميع المساهمين المشاركين في الشراكة التعاونية المعنية بالغابات إلى أن يشترطوا الاعتراف بمعايير العمل الأساسية لمنظمة العمل الدولية في جميع مشاريع الحراجة وأبحاثها ومِنَحها وقروضها؛ كطريقة لتعزيز التقاسم العادل للمنافع المجنية من استخدام الموارد الحرجية؛

7. The Council invited member States of the United Nations Forum on Forests to submit their views on (a), (b) and (c) above. The Council also invited member organizations of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to provide information on (a) and (b) above.
7 - ودعا المجلس الدول الأعضاء في منتدى الأمم المتحدة المعني بالغابات إلى تقديم آرائها بشأن البنود (أ) و (ب) و (ج) أعلاه، كما دعا المنظمات الأعضاء في الشراكة التعاونية المعنية بالغابات إلى توفير معلومات عن البندين (أ) و (ب) أعلاه.

(d) The Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity at its sixth meeting invite the member bodies of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to support the implementation of the programme of work on forest biological diversity, recognizing the shared objectives of Convention and the United Nations Forum on Forests;
(د) يدعو مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية التنوع البيولوجي في اجتماعه السادس الهيئات الأعضاء في الشراكة التعاونية المعنية بالغابات إلى دعم تنفيذ برنامج العمل المعني بالتنوع البيولوجي للغابات مع الاعتراف بالأهداف المشتركة بين الاتفاقية ومنتدى الأمم المتحدة المعني بالغابات؛

(h) Recognize the important links between the International Year of Biodiversity (2010) and the International Year of Forests (2011), and call for close cooperation of the Forum and CBD secretariats in the organization and celebration of these events, and invite the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to actively support them;
(ح) الإقرار بأهمية الروابط بين السنة الدولية للتنوع البيولوجي (2010) والسنة الدولية للغابات (2011)، والدعوة إلى توثيق أواصر التعاون بين أمانة المنتدى وأمانة اتفاقية التنوع البيولوجي في تنظيم هاتين المناسبتين والاحتفال بهما، ودعوة الشراكة التعاونية المعنية بالغابات إلى تقديم الدعم الفعال لهما؛

Invites the governing bodies of the member organizations of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests to identify practical means for mobilizing their diverse strengths and resources to support the implementation of the proposals for action of the Intergovernmental Panel on Forests (IPF)/Intergovernmental Forum on Forests (IFF) focused on country-level implementation;
