ومن الجائز أن يُذكر أيضا أن الفريق العامل يتوقع أن يستكمل عمله بخصوص الشكل الكتابي لاتفاق التحكيم وجواز انفاذ تدابير الحماية المؤقتة، لأجل عرضه على اللجنة إبّان دورتها التاسعة والثلاثين في عام 2006.

VIII. Preparation of a model legislative provision on written form for the arbitration agreement
ثامنا- إعداد حكم تشريعي نموذجي بشأن الشكل الكتابي لاتفاق التحكيم

2. When the Working Group considered the issue of the requirement of written form for the arbitration agreement at its thirty-second session, it was generally observed that there was a need for provisions which conformed to current practice in international trade.
2- وعندما نظر الفريق العامل في مسألة اشتراط الشكل الكتابي لاتفاق التحكيم أثناء دورته الثانية والثلاثين، لوحظ عموما أن هناك حاجة إلى أحكام تتوافق مع الممارسة الحالية في التجارة الدولية.

At its thirty-second session, in 1999, the Commission entrusted one of its working groups, subsequently named Working Group II (Arbitration and Conciliation), with the consideration, among other priority items, of the requirement of written form for the arbitration agreement and enforceability of interim measures of protection.
9- عهدت اللجنة، إبّان دورتها الثانية والثلاثين في عام 1999، إلى واحد من أفرقتها العاملة، سُمّي لاحقا الفريق العامل الثاني (المعني بالتحكيم والتوفيق)، بمهمة النظر في عدّة بنود ذات أولوية ومنها اشتراط الشكل الكتابي لاتفاق التحكيم(7) وقابلية انفاذ تدابير الحماية المؤقتة.(8)

At its thirty-second session, in 1999, the Commission decided that, among its priority items, Working Group II (Arbitration) should consider the requirement of written form for the arbitration agreement and enforceability of interim measures of protection.
7- قررت اللجنة، إبان دورتها الثانية والثلاثين، في عام 1999، أنه ينبغي للفريق العامل الثاني (المعني بالتحكيم) أن ينظر ضمن البنود ذات الأولوية، في اشتراط الشكل الكتابي لاتفاق التحكيم(4) وقابلية انفاذ تدابير الحماية المؤقتة.(5)
