E. Critical mass of core funding 121. The General Assembly, in its 2010 resolution 64/289 on improving United Nations system-wide coherence, invited the governing bodies of funds and programmes to initiate further discussion with a view to exploring the most appropriate definition of, and a process towards arriving at, a critical mass of core funding.
