At its fifty-first session, the Commission on Human Rights adopted its resolution 1995/37 of 3 March 1995, entitled " Torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment " , in which it, inter alia, requested the Secretary-General to continue to keep it informed of the operations of the Fund on an annual basis.
