2. Recognizes the primary role of the Transitional Federal Government (TFG) and the relevant Somali regional authorities in eradicating piracy off the coast of Somalia;

126. In order to respond to the terms of paragraph 8 of the resolution (see para. 123 (a) above), it is proposed to carry out the activities of technical assistance and advisory services to the relevant Somali institutions, relevant to the universal periodic review recommendations.
