The Sixth Committee has adopted the text of the draft statutes of the United Nations Dispute Tribunal and the United Nations Appeals Tribunal (with bracketed unagreed text) (see enclosures 1 and 2).

Despite Eritrea's repeated appeals (see enclosures 1 and 2 and S/2004/116, annexes I to III), the Security Council has taken no action to enforce the relevant provisions of the United Nations Charter, the Algiers Agreements and the Boundary Commission's Award of 13 April 2002.

While Israel, as the occupying Power, bears primary responsibility for the prevailing humanitarian situation in Gaza, the Egyptian Government has been, and remains, fully committed (as the enclosures hereto demonstrate) to easing the humanitarian suffering of the Palestinian people in Gaza, within the framework of the mechanism that it has instituted for this purpose.

In accordance with Security Council resolutions 1575 (2004), 1639 (2005), 1722 (2006), 1785 (2007), 1845 (2008), 1895 (2009), 1948 (2010) and 2019 (2011), please find attached the twenty-eighth quarterly report and the combined twenty-fourth and twenty-fifth reports to the Council on the activities of the European Union military mission (EUFOR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina (see enclosures I and II).

The extensions set out below are sought on the basis of and by reference to the attached trial and appeal schedules, which contain projections for the completion of the Tribunal's remaining trials and appeals (see enclosures I and II). These extensions last beyond the 31 December 2014 target included in Security Council resolution 1966 (2010).
