١٥ - يطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم تقارير دورية إلى المجلس حسب الاقتضاء عن تقييمه لمدى امتثال سلطات جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية وجميع العناصر في الطائفة اﻷلبانية الكوسوفية ﻷحكام هذا القرار، بما في ذلك عن طريق التقارير التي يقدمها بصفة منتظمة عن الامتثال للقرار ١١٦٠ )١٩٩٨(؛

3. We insist that an urgent start be made in the process of unconditional dialogue with the leadership of the Kosovar Albanian community, involving federal and republic levels of government.
