The establishment of modalities and practices for implementing the Convention through support from the GEF has advanced;
(د) أُحرز تقدم في وضع الطرائق والممارسات الخاصة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية من خلال الدعم المقدم من مرفق البيئة العالمية؛

Acting in compliance with the mandate entrusted to it by the General Assembly in its resolution 60/251 of 15 March 2006 and Council resolution 5/1 of 18 June 2007, and in accordance with the President's statement PRST/8/1 on modalities and practices for the universal periodic review process of 9 April 2008;
إذ يتصرف وفقاً للولاية المسندة إليه بموجب قرار الجمعية العامة 60/251 المؤرخ 15 آذار/مارس 2006، وقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 5/1 المؤرخ 18 حزيران/يونيه 2007، وعملاً ببيان الرئيس PRST/8/1 المؤرخ 9 نيسان/أبريل 2008 بشأن الطرائق والممارسات المتعلقة بعملية الاستعراض الدوري الشامل؛

إذ يتصرف وفقاً للولاية المسندة إليه بموجب قرار الجمعية العامة 60/251 المؤرخ 15 آذار/مارس 2006، وقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 5/1 المؤرخ 18 حزيران/يونيه 2007، وعملاً ببيان الرئيس PRST/8/1 المؤرخ 9 نيسان/أبريل 2008 بشأن الطرائق والممارسات المتعلقة بعملية الاستعراض الدوري الشامل؛
