While welcoming the State party's continued commitment to hosting refugees in need of international protection on its territory, the Committee is concerned at reports of refoulement of asylum seekers, as well as the absence of a national legal framework regulating expulsion, refoulement and extradition, consistent with the requirements of article 3 of the Convention.
20- ترحب اللجنة بتمسك الدولة الطرف بالتزامها باستضافة اللاجئين المحتاجين إلى الحماية الدولية في إقليمها، لكنها تشعر بالقلق إزاء ورود تقارير عن إعادة طالبي اللجوء قسرً، وكذلك عن عدم وجود إطار قانوني وطني لتنظيم الترحيل والإعادة القسرية والتسليم، يتماشى مع مقتضيات المادة 3 من الاتفاقية.

The Committee reminds the State party that it has an obligation to ensure that the Convention is applicable in all territories under its control.
