191. The Committee notes a number of measures taken by the State party aimed at improving the enjoyment of economic, social and cultural rights, in particular:

To further increase the transparency of biological research and development related to the Convention and to broaden scientific and technical knowledge as agreed in Article X, each State party will declare all facilities, both governmental and non-governmental, within its territory or under its jurisdiction or control anywhere, producing vaccines licensed by the State party for the protection of humans.
من أجل زيادة شفافية أعمال البحث والتطوير في المجال البيولوجي المتصلة بالاتفاقية، ولتوسيع المعرفة العلمية والتقنية كما هو متفق عليه في المادة العاشرة، تقوم كل دولة طرف بالإعلان عن جميع المرافق الحكومية وغير الحكومية الواقعة في أراضيها أو في أي مكان يخضع لولايتها أو سيطرتها، التي تنتج لقاحات رخصت بها الدولة الطرف بهدف وقاية البشر.

11. With reference to paragraph 135 of the report, please indicate the steps taken to amend the law of the State party with a view to defining the offence of rape more broadly.
11 - بالإشارة إلى الفقرة 135 من التقرير، يرجى الإشارة إلى الخطوات المتخذة لتعديل قانون الدولة الطرف بهدف تعريف جريمة الاغتصاب على نحو أشمل.

In this regard and in light of the Committee's general recommendation No. 26, please indicate measures taken by the State party with a view to protecting female migrant workers, who have reported incidents of sexual harassment, against dismissal, loss of regular status or any other reprisals.

The Committee notes with appreciation the efforts made by the State party to make the public health system reach out to remote hinterland areas, through a system of health centres and health huts at the community level, incentives to medical doctors deployed to the hinterland areas, and a system in place to airlift patients to hospitals in emergency cases.
