وتحث اللجنة كذلك الدولة الطرف على إلغاء الأوامر المتعلقة بالحصول على إذن للزواج وتقييد الحمل، التي تنتهك حقوق الإنسان لهؤلاء النسوة.

6. The Committee congratulates the State party on the abolition of the death penalty under the law of 10 December 2004, and takes note of the legislation adopted in relation to the prohibition of torture, including:

The Committee urges the State party to ensure that the concept of judicial prohibition does not figure in the proposal for the amendment and standardization of the Civil and Commercial Code and to guarantee the effective participation in the review process of organizations representing persons with disabilities.
