25. The Committee encourages the State party to consider ratifying the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على النظر في إمكانية التصديق على الاتفاقية الخاصة بوضع اللاجئينوالبروتوكول الخاص بوضع اللاجئين واتفاقية وضع الأشخاص عديمي الجنسيةواتفاقية خفض حالات انعدام الجنسية.

18. Bearing in mind the indivisible nature of all human rights, the Committee encourages the State party to consider ratifying those international human rights treaties to which it is not already a party, particularly those whose provisions have a direct bearing on the subject of racial discrimination, such as the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families.
18- وإذ تضع اللجنة في اعتبارها أن جميع حقوق الإنسان غير قابلة للتجزئة، فهي تحث الدولة الطرف على النظر في إمكانية التصديق على الصكوك الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان التي لم تنضم إليها بعد، لاسيما منها تلك التي تؤثر أحكامُها تأثيراً مباشراً في مسألة التمييز العنصري، مثل الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم.

The Committee also encourages the State party to consider ratifying the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families.
وكذلك تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على النظر في إمكانية التصديق على الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم.

It also encourages the State party to consider ratifying the Hague Convention on the Protection of Children and Cooperation in respect of Intercountry Adoption of 1993.
كما تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على النظر في إمكانية التصديق على اتفاقية لاهاي لعام 1993 بشأن حماية الأطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني على الصعيد الدولي.

The Committee also invites the State party to consider ratifying the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography.
كذلك تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على النظر في إمكانية التصديق على البروتوكول الاختياري بشأن بيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال والمواد الإباحية عن الأطفال.

31- تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على النظر في إمكانية التصديق على الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم وعلى اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

26. The Committee encourages the State party to consider ratifying the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

The Committee encourages the State party to consider ratifying the 1994 Economic Community of West African States' (ECOWAS) Convention on Extradition ( and the 1992 ECOWAS Convention on Judicial Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters in order to strengthen cooperation between countries in the sub-region.
وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على النظر في إمكانية التصديق على اتفاقية الجماعـة الاقتصادية لدول غرب أفريقيا المعنية بتسليم المجرمين (واتفاقية الجماعـة الاقتصادية لدول غرب أفريقيا بشأن المساعدة القضائية المتبادلة في المسائل الجنائية لعام 1992) من أجل تعزيز التعاون دون الإقليمي بين البلدان.

The Committee encourages the State party to consider ratifying the 1990 International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, as well as Convention No. 169 (1989) of the International Labour Organization concerning Indigenous and Tribal Peoples in Independent Countries.
30- وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على النظر في إمكانية التصديق على اتفاقية عام 1990 الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، بالإضافة إلى اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 169(1989) بشأن الشعوب الأصلية والقبلية في البلدان المستقلة.

The Committee encourages the State party to consider the possibility of ratifying the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.
وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على النظر في إمكانية التصديق على اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة.

(23) Bearing in mind the indivisibility of all human rights, the Committee encourages the State party to consider ratifying those international human rights treaties which it has not yet ratified, in particular treaties the provisions of which have a direct bearing on the subject of racial discrimination, such as the 1990 International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families.
(23) وإذ تضع اللجنة في اعتبارها أن جميع حقوق الإنسان هي حقوق غير قابلة للتجزئة، فهي تشجع الدولة الطرف على النظر في إمكانية التصديق على المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان التي لم تصدِّق عليها بعد، وبخاصة تلك المعاهدات التي تتصل أحكامها اتصالاً مباشراً بموضوع التمييز العنصري، مثل الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم لعام 1990.
