3- ينبغي لأية إيضاحات أو بيانات تقدمها الدولة الطرف عملاً بهذه المادة أن تبلغ، عن طريق الأمين العام، إلى مقدم الشكوى الذي يجوز له أن يقدم أية معلومات أو ملاحظات خطية إضافية في غضون المهلة التي تحددها اللجنة.
