323. The Committee notes with satisfaction the efforts made by the State party to combat poverty, including the project of the Ministry for Social Action, Solidarity and the Family on poverty reduction and the advancement of women.
323- وتحيط اللجنة علماً مع الارتياح بالجهود التي تبذلها الدولة الطرف لمحاربة الفقر، ولا سيما عبر مشروع وزارة العمل الاجتماعي والأسرة في مجال الحد من الفقر والعمل لصالح المرأة.

The Committee reiterates its concern at the high numbers of children aged between 5 and 17 years old who are working, despite the measures taken by the State party to combat child labour, such as the establishment of the Committee for the Eradication of Child Labour and the Protection of Young Workers (CETIPPAT).
وتكرر اللجنة قلقها إزاء العدد الهائل من العاملين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 5 و17، رغم التدابير التي اتخذتها الدولة الطرف لمحاربة عمل الأطفال مثل إنشاء اللجنة الوطنية للقضاء على عمل الأطفال وحماية العمال الشبان.

The Committee takes note of the information provided by the delegation on measures adopted by the State party to combat trafficking in human beings, particularly trafficking in women and children for the purpose of sexual exploitation, but regrets the lack of information on the scale of the domestic trafficking problem and its incidence among the population of African descent (art. 5, subpara. (b)).
16- وتحيط اللجنة علماً بالمعلومات التي أتاحها الوفد بشأن التدابير التي اعتمدتها الدولة الطرف لمحاربة الاتجار بالبشر، ولا سيما النساء والفتيات لأغراض الاستغلال الجنسي، وإن كانت تأسف لنقص المعلومات عن مدى انتشار الاتجار الداخلي وتواتر الظاهرة في أوساط السكان المنحدرين من أصول أفريقية. (المادة 5(ب))

(16) The Committee takes note of the information provided by the delegation on measures adopted by the State party to combat trafficking in human beings, particularly trafficking in women and children for the purpose of sexual exploitation, but regrets the lack of information on the scale of the domestic trafficking problem and its incidence among the population of African descent (art. 5 (b)).

(5) The Committee notes with interest the steps taken by the State party to combat human trafficking, including the adoption of Act No. 2005-06 of 10 May 2005, on combating human trafficking and related practices, and the introduction of a national action plan (2008 - 2013) to combat human trafficking, especially trafficking in women and children.
(5) وتلاحظ اللجنة باهتمام التدابير التي اتخذتها الدولة الطرف لمحاربة الاتجار بالبشر ولا سيما اعتماد القانون رقم 2005-06 الصادر في 10 أيار/مايو 2005 بشأن مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر وما شابهه من الممارسات ووضع خطة عمل وطنية (2008-2013) لمحاربة الاتجار بالبشر ولا سيما النساء والأطفال.

While noting the efforts made by the State party to combat domestic violence, particularly in the area of legislative reform, the Committee regrets the lack of statistics and detailed information provided on the nature and extent of the problem (arts. 3, 7, 26).
وبينما تلاحظ اللجنة الجهود التي بذلتها الدولة الطرف لمحاربة العنف الأسري، ولا سيما في مجال الإصلاح التشريعي، فإنها تأسف لعدم تقديم إحصائيات ومعلومات مفصلة بشأن طبيعة هذه المشكلة ومداها (المواد 3 و7 و26).

397. Noting the measures taken by the State party to combat the effect of HIV/AIDS on pregnant women, the Committee is concerned that the State party regards HIV/AIDS as primarily resulting from the conduct of individuals in the context of drug abuse and alcoholism.
