170. The Committee expresses its appreciation of the State party's recent ratification of the International Labour Organization Worst Forms of Child Labour Convention, 2001 (No. 182).

The Committee also welcomes the State party's recent signature of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the assurances given by the State party's representative that ratification is envisaged.

140. While the fact that the State party has recently carried out a study on children working and/or living on the street is welcome, the recent increase in the number of such children is a matter of concern.
٠٤١- وبينما ترحب اللجنة بالدراسة التي اضطلعت بها الدولة الطرف مؤخراً بشأن اﻷطفال الذين يعملون و/أو يعيشون في الشوارع، فإن الزيادة اﻷخيرة في عدد هؤلاء اﻷطفال هي من اﻷمور المثيرة للقلق.

As to case No. 291/2006, in which the State party has recently requested re-examination, the Rapporteur explained that there is no procedure either in the Convention or the rules of procedure for the re-examination of cases.
وفيما يتعلق بالقضية رقم 291/2006، التي طلبت الدولة الطرف مؤخراً إعادة بحثها، أوضح المقرر أن الاتفاقية لا هي ولا النظام الداخلي ينصان على إجراء لإعادة بحث القضايا.
