وترحب اللجنة أيضاً بالحوار المفتوح مع وفد الدولة الطرف وكذلك بالجهود التي بذلتها الدولة الطرف لتقديم ردود شاملة وتكميلية على القضايا التي أثارها أعضاء اللجنة أثناء الحوار.

The Committee also welcomes the open dialogue with the delegation of the State party as well as its efforts to provide comprehensive responses and supplementary replies to issues raised by Committee members during the dialogue.

It requests that the sixth periodic report and these concluding observations should be published and widely disseminated to the general public of the State party, as well as to judicial, legislative and administrative authorities.

168. With regard to the implementation of article 2 of the Convention, the Committee expresses its concern about the persistent disparities between the northern and southern regions of the State party as well as between urban and rural areas.
168- وفي ما يتعلق بتنفيذ المادة 2 من الاتفاقية، تعرب اللجنة عن قلقها إزاء استمرار الفوارق بين المناطق الشمالية والجنوبية في الدولة الطرف وكذلك بين المناطق الحضرية والمناطق الريفية.

181. In light of articles 38 and 39 of the Convention, the Committee is concerned about the situation of children affected by the recent armed conflicts in the State party as well as in neighbouring countries.
181- في ضوء المادتين 38 و39 من الاتفاقية، تشعر اللجنة بالقلق إزاء حالة الأطفال الذين تأثروا بالمنازعات المسلحة الأخيرة في الدولة الطرف وكذلك في بلدان مجاورة لها.

84. Concern is expressed that the widespread dissemination of the periodic report of the State party, as well as the concluding observations of the Committee in the respective languages of the population, has not been fully achieved.
٤٨ - وأعرب عن القلق ﻷن نشر التقرير الدوري للدولة الطرف وكذلك الملاحظات الختامية للجنة بلغات السكان على نطاق واسع لم يتحقق بالكامل.

124. While it welcomes the publication of the report, the Committee recommends that the fourteenth periodic report of the State party, as well as the present concluding observations be widely disseminated among the public at large.
١٢٤ - واللجنة إذ ترحب بنشر التقرير، فهي توصي بتعميم التقرير الدوري الرابع عشر للدولة الطرف وكذلك هذه الملاحظات الختامية تعميما واسعا على الجمهور.

186. The Committee suggests that widespread publicity be given to the Convention, the periodic reports submitted by the State party and the concluding observations of the Committee.
٦٨١- وتقترح اللجنة أن تنشر على نطاق واسع الاتفاقية والتقارير الدورية التي تقدمها الدولة الطرف وكذلك الملاحظات الختامية للجنة.

3. The Committee welcomes the frank dialogue that it held with the high-level delegation of the State party and the replies given orally to the Committee members' questions during the consideration of the report.
3- وتعرب اللجنة عن ارتياحها للحوار الصريح الذي أجرته مع الوفد الرفيع المستوى للدولة الطرف وكذلك للردود الشفوية التي قدمها الوفد خلال النظر في الأسئلة التي طرحها أعضاء اللجنة.

(3) The Committee welcomes the information provided on the political and constitutional evolution of the State party and on the constitutional framework and legislation produced since 2002.
(3) وترحب اللجنة بالمعلومات المقدمة بشأن التطورات السياسية والدستورية في الدولة الطرف وكذلك بشأن الإطار الدستوري والتشريعات التي تم إرساؤها منذ عام 2002.

259. In the light of article 6, paragraph 2, of the Optional Protocol, the Committee recommends that the initial report and written replies submitted by the State party and the concluding observations adopted by the Committee be made widely available to the public at large in order to generate debate and awareness of the Optional Protocol, its implementation and its monitoring.
259- في ضوء الفقرة 2 من المادة 6 من البروتوكول الاختياري، توصي اللجنة بوضع التقرير الأولي والردود المكتوبة المقدمة من الدولة الطرف وكذلك الملاحظات الختامية التي اعتمدتها اللجنة في متناول الجمهور كله على أوسع نطاق ممكن، لإثارة النقاش العام وإذكاء الوعي بالبروتوكول الاختياري، وتنفيذه ورصده.
