وتشكل القائمة الأساس للعمل الحكومي الرامي إلى تجميد الحسابات المصرفية والأصول المالية أو الاقتصادية الأخرى وكذلك لمنع المدرجين على القائمة من دخول أراضيها أو مرورهم العابر بها.
