• X of the Staff Regulations

Article X of the Staff Regulations deals separately with disciplinary measures adopted by the Secretary-General that may be imposed on staff members whose conduct is unsatisfactory.
والمادة العاشرة من النظام الأساسي للموظفين تعنى على نحو منفصل بالتدابير التأديبية التي يتخذها الأمين العام والتي قد توقع على الموظفين الذين يكون سلوكهم غير مرض.

(a) Disciplinary procedures set out in article X of the Staff Regulations and rule 310.1 may be instituted against a staff member who fails to comply with his or her obligations and the standards of conduct set out in the Charter of the United Nations, the Staff Regulations and Rules, and Financial Regulations and Rules and all administrative issuances.
(أ) يجوز اتخاذ الإجراءات التأديبية المنصوص عليها في المادة العاشرة من النظام الأساسي للموظفين والقاعدة 310/1 بحق الموظف الذي لا يفي بالتزاماته وبمعايير السلوك المبينة في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والنظامين الأساسي والإداري للموظفين والنظام المالي والقواعد المالية وجميع الإصدارات الإدارية.

(a) Disciplinary procedures set out in article X of the Staff Regulations and rule 310.1 may be instituted against a staff member who fails to comply with his or her obligations and the standards of conduct set out in the Charter of the United Nations, the Staff Regulations and Rules, and Financial Regulations and Rules and all administrative issuances.
(أ) يجوز اتخاذ الإجراءات التأديبية المنصوص عليها في المادة العاشرة من النظام الأساسي للموظفين والقاعدة 310/1 ضد الموظف الذي لا يفي بالتزاماته وبمعايير السلوك المبينة في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والنظامين الأساسي والإداري للموظفين والنظامين الأساسي والإداري الماليين وجميع الإصدارات الإدارية.

(د) يجوز اتخاذ الإجراءات التأديبية المنصوص عليها في المادة العاشرة من النظام الأساسي للموظفين والفصل العاشر من النظام الإداري للموظفين بحق الموظف الذي لا يفي بالتزاماته وبمعايير السلوك المبينة في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والنظامين الأساسي والإداري للموظفين والنظام المالي والقواعد المالية وجميع الإصدارات الإدارية.
