54. It remains the case that unless such data is provided by Iraq the Commission will be unable to render a full and verified accounting of all Iraq's proscribed CW-related capabilities and for their elimination, as required by the Security Council.
٥٤ - ولا يزال الموقف هو أنه ما لم يوفر العراق هذه البيانات، لن يكون بمقدور اللجنة تقديم حصر كامل ومحقق لجميع قدرات العراق المحظورة المتصلة باﻷسلحة الكيميائية، وإزالتها وفقا لما طلبه مجلس اﻷمن.

36. The Commission's work designed to bring Iraq's prohibited weapons and related capabilities to final account has been significantly influenced by three Iraqi actions:
٣٦ - تأثر عمل اللجنة الرامي إلى الحصول على بيانات نهائية بشأن أسلحة العراق المحظورة والقدرات المتصلة بها تأثرا كبيرا بثلاثة إجراءات عراقية هي:

(a) The Commission having full information of Iraq's prohibited programmes allowing for a definitive accounting of them;
)أ( أن يكون لدى اللجنة علم كامل ببرامج العراق المحظورة يسمح باجراء محاسبة حاسمة بشأنها؛

It is also predicated on the Commission having the full, final and complete disclosures of Iraq's prohibited programmes as required under Security Council resolutions 687 and 707 (1991).
كما أن من المؤكد أنه سوف يتوفر للجنة افصاحات كاملة ونهائية وشاملة عن برامج العراق المحظورة على النحو المطلوب بموجب قراري مجلس اﻷمن ٦٨٧ و ٧٠٧ )١٩٩١(.
