In the same resolution, the Commission requested the High Commissioner for Human Rights to report on the activities of the Human Rights Field Operation in Rwanda to the Commission at its fifty—third session and to the General Assembly at its fifty—first session.
وفي القرار ذاته، رجت اللجنة من مفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق اﻹنسان أن يقدم تقريراً عن أنشطة العملية الميدانية الخاصة بحقوق اﻹنسان في رواندا إلى اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين وإلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين.

The Commission requested the High Commissioner for Human Rights to submit reports on the work of the Human Rights Field Operation in Rwanda and on the implementation of that resolution to the General Assembly at its fifty—third session and to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty—fifth session.
وطلبت اللجنة إلى المفوضة السامية لحقوق اﻹنسان أن تقدم تقارير عن سير أنشطة العملية الميدانية الخاصة بحقوق اﻹنسان في رواندا وعن تنفيذ ذلك القرار إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين وإلى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في دورتها الخامسة والخمسين.

2. Commends the Government of Rwanda for the cooperation and assistance extended to the Special Representative and the Special Rapporteur on violence against women, and noting its cooperation with the Human Rights Field Operation in Rwanda;
٢- تثني على حكومة رواندا لتعاونها ولما قدمته من مساعدة للممثل الخاص وللمقرر الخاص المعني بالعنف ضد المرأة، وتلاحظ تعاونها في العملية الميدانية الخاصة بحقوق اﻹنسان في رواندا؛

13. Commends the work carried out by the Human Rights Field Operation in Rwanda and welcomes the ongoing review of its role, priorities and functions;
٣١- تثني على العمل الذي أنجزته العملية الميدانية الخاصة بحقوق اﻹنسان في رواندا، وترحب بالاستعراض الجاري لدورها وأولوياتها ومهامها؛

309. At the 46th meeting, on 15 April 1998, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Ms. Mary Robinson, introduced her report on the Human Rights Field Operation in Rwanda (E/CN.4/1998/61).
٩٠٣- وفي الجلسة ٦٤ المعقودة في ٥١ نيسان/أبريل ٨٩٩١، عرضت مفوضة اﻷمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق اﻹنسان، السيدة ماري روبنسون، تقريرها عن العملية الميدانية الخاصة بحقوق اﻹنسان في رواندا (E/CN.4/1998/61).

In the same resolution, the High Commissioner for Human Rights was requested to continue to report regularly on the activities and findings of the Human Rights Field Operation in Rwanda, and to make those reports widely and promptly available to both the Commission and the General Assembly.
وفي القرار نفسه، طلب إلى المفوض السامي لحقوق اﻹنسان مواصلة تقديم التقارير بانتظام عن أنشطة ونتائج العملية الميدانية الخاصة بحقوق اﻹنسان في رواندا، ونشر هذه التقارير على نطاق واسع وإتاحتها بسرعة لكل من اللجنة والجمعية العامة.

11. Takes note with concern of the findings of the Special Rapporteur as set out in his report of 28 June 1995, and of the Human Rights Field Operation in Rwanda, that the human rights situation is exacerbated by the insufficient system for the administration of justice, characterized by a shortage of both human and material means;
١١ - تحيط علما مع القلق النتائج التي خلص اليها المقرر الخاص في تقريره المؤرخ ٢٨ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٥، والتي خلصت اليها العملية الميدانية الخاصة بحقوق اﻹنسان في رواندا، من أن حالة حقوق اﻹنسان تزداد سوءا من جراء عدم كفاية نظام إقامة العدل، الذي يعاني من نقص الوسائل البشرية والمادية على حد سواء؛

20. Also welcomes the measures taken by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, working in cooperation with and assisting the Government of Rwanda, to put in place the Human Rights Field Operation in Rwanda, which has as its objective:
٢٠ - ترحب أيضا بالتدابير التي اتخذها المفوض السامي لحقوق اﻹنسان، الذي يعمل بالتعاون مع حكومة رواندا ويساعدها، ﻹرساء العملية الميدانية الخاصة بحقوق اﻹنسان في رواندا، التي تهدف الى:

23. Requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to report on the activities of the Human Rights Field Operation in Rwanda to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-second session and to the General Assembly at its fifty-first session.
٢٣ - تطلب الى مفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق اﻹنسان أن يقدم تقريرا عن أنشطة العملية الميدانية الخاصة بحقوق اﻹنسان في رواندا الى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في دورتها الثانية والخمسين، والى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين.

29. Requests the High Commissioner for Human Rights to submit reports on the work of the Human Rights Field Operation in Rwanda and on the implementation of the present resolution to the General Assembly at its fifty—third session and to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty—fifth session;

1. The present report is submitted pursuant to Commission on Human Rights resolution 1996/76, in paragraph 19 of which the Commission requested the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to report on the activities of the Human Rights Field Operation in Rwanda to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-third session.
