Agrees that the objective of enhanced action on capacity-building is to build, develop, strengthen, improve and enhance the capacities and capabilities of developing country Parties to contribute to the achievement of the full, effective and sustained implementation of the Convention;
1- يوافق على أن الهدف من العمل المعزز المتعلق ببناء القدرات هو بناء وتطوير وتدعيم وتحسين وتعزيز قدرات وإمكانات البلدان النامية الأطراف للإسهام في تنفيذ الاتفاقية تنفيذاً كاملاً وفعالاً ومستداماً؛

Agrees that enhanced action on capacity-building [shall] [should] be guided by the provisions of the Convention and relevant decisions of the Conference of the Parties;

66 bis. enhanced action on capacity-building in this context is about capacity-building in developing countries, consistent with the Convention.
