The efforts by States, international sporting bodies and civil society actors interested in combating racism in sport can serve as best practices that can be shared.
ويمكن للجهود التي تبذلها الدول والهيئات الرياضية الدولية والأطراف الفاعلة في المجتمع المدني المهتمة بمكافحة العنصرية في المجال الرياضي أن تكون مثالاً يُحتذى على أفضل الممارسات التي يمكن تقاسمها.

38. The Special Rapporteur furthermore underscores the importance of the participation of civil society, including non-governmental organizations, in the fight against racism in sport.
