Demanding an immediate and complete cessation by all parties to armed conflict of all acts of sexual violence against civilians in line with resolution 1888 (2009), recruitment and use of children in line with resolutions 1612 (2005) and 1882 (2009), and indiscriminate attacks against civilians,
وإذ يطالب جميع أطراف النـزاع المسلّح بالوقف الفوري والكامل لجميع أعمال العنف الجنسي المرتكبة ضد المدنيين تمشيا مع القرار 1888 (2009) وتجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم تمشيا مع القرارين 1612 (2005) و 1882 (2009) والاعتداءات العشوائية ضد المدنيين،

While it is noted that the Council condemned sexual violence and the recruitment by the militia of child soldiers (para. 5), it did not specifically refer to Security Council resolution 1820 (2008), which calls for the " immediate and complete cessation by all parties to armed conflict of all acts of sexual violence against civilians " , nor to Security Council resolution 1325 (2000) calling for women to be active participants in peace processes.
وفي حين تجدر الإشارة إلى أن المجلس يدين العنف الجنسي وتجنيد الميليشيات للجنود الأطفال (الفقرة 5)، إلاّ أنه لم يُشر بالتحديد لا إلى قرار مجلس الأمن 1820(2008) الداعي إلى " الوقف الفوري والكامل لجميع أعمال العنف الجنسي المرتكبة ضد المدنيين " ، ولا إلى قرار مجلس الأمن 1325(2000) الداعي إلى مشاركة المرأة مشاركةً نشطة في عمليات السلام.

وإذ يطالب أيضا جميع أطراف النـزاع المسلح بالوقف الفوري والكامل لجميع أعمال العنف الجنسي المرتكبة ضد المدنيين تماشيا مع القرار 1888 (2009) المؤرخ 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2009 وتجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم تماشيا مع القرارين 1612 (2005) المؤرخ 26 تموز/يوليه 2005 و 1882 (2009) المؤرخ 4 آب/أغسطس 2009 والهجمات العشوائية ضد المدنيين،
