It had also been decided that there were no grounds for interpreting the Covenant as providing for the absolute prohibition of any discrimination on grounds of sex or reasonable control over the right to marry.

٤-٦ وفيما يتعلق بادعاء انتهاك الفقرات ١ و ٢ و ٣ من المادة ١٤ ﻷن الشاكي لم يتمكن من الحصول على المساعدة القانونية من أجل الانتصاف الدستوري فالدولة الطرف لا تفسر العهد على أنه يلزم الحكومة بتقديم المساعدة القانونية في القضايا الدستورية.
