After the report is finalized, the Secretariat communicates the text of the adopted recommendations by letter to the Parties concerned, copying it where relevant to the Multilateral Fund Secretariat and to any implementing agencies assisting the Party in returning to compliance with the Protocol.

3. To note with appreciation Botswana's submission of its plan of action to ensure a prompt return to compliance with the control measures for the controlled substance in Annex E, and to note further that, under the plan, without prejudice to the operation of the financial mechanism of the Montreal Protocol, Botswana specifically commits itself:
3 - أن يلاحظ مع التقدير قيام بوتسوانا بتقديم خطة عملها لضمان سرعة العودة إلى حالة الامتثال لتدابير الرقابة بالنسبة للمواد الخاضعة للرقابة الواردة في المرفق هاء وأن يلاحظ كذلك أن بوتسوانا تلتزم في إطار الخطة، بالتحديد بما يلي:

First, the Party was requested to confirm its intention to return to compliance with the Protocol's methyl bromide control measures in 2008 and, to that end, was requested to confirm that it intended its revised phaseout schedule to be consistent with the maximum annual allowable methyl bromide consumption limits prescribed by the Protocol for Guatemala from the year 2008, as set out in the table contained in paragraph 181 above.

Through the present decision, however, the Meeting of the Parties cautions Greece, in accordance with item B of the indicative list of measures, that, in the event that it fails to return to compliance in a timely manner, the Meeting of the Parties will consider measures consistent with item C of the indicative list of measures.
