4.3 States should encourage the development of corporate social responsibility and the commitment of all market players and civil society towards the progressive realization of the right of individuals to adequate food in the context of national food security.
4-3 وللدول أن تشجّع تحمّل المسؤوليات على مستوى المجتمع ككلّ والتزام جميع الفرقاء في السوق والمجتمع المدني بالإعمال المطرد لحق كل فرد في غذاء كافٍ في إطار الأمن الغذائي القطري.

24. The Council recalled that, in accordance with the request of the World Food Summit five years later, the Council, at its one hundred and twenty-third session, had established an Intergovernmental Working Group to elaborate a set of voluntary guidelines to support the progressive realization of the right to adequate food in the context of national food security.
24 - استذكر المجلس أنه كان قد أنشأ، بناء على طلب من مؤتمر القمة العالمي للأغذية: خمس سنوات بعد الانعقاد، جماعة عمل حكومية دولية لوضع مجموعة خطوط توجيهية طوعية لدعم الإعمال المطرد للحق في غذاء كاف في سياق الأمن الغذائي القطري.

7.1 States are invited to consider, in accordance with their domestic legal and policy frameworks, whether to include provisions in their domestic law, possibly including constitutional or legislative review that facilitates the progressive realization of the right to adequate food in the context of national food security.
7-1 إنّ الدول مدعوّة، وفقا للأطر المحلية القانونية وذات العلاقة بالسياسات، إلى النظر في إمكان إضافة بنود إلى قوانينها المحلية، قد تتضمن مراجعة للدستور والتشريعات لتسهيل الإعمال المطرد للحق في غذاء كاف في سياق الأمن الغذائي القطري.

13. States that provide international assistance in the form of food aid should regularly examine their relevant policies and, if necessary, review them to support national efforts by recipient States to progressively realize the right to adequate food in the context of national food security.
13- يتعيّن على الدول التي تقدم المساعدة الدولية في شكل معونة غذائية أن تدرس سياساتها ذات الصلة، وأن تعيد النظر فيها عند الضرورة لدعم الجهود القطرية التي تبذلها الدول المتلقية من أجل التوصل إلى الإعمال المطرد للحق في غذاء كاف في سياق الأمن الغذائي القطري.

14. States, international organizations, civil society, the private sector, all relevant non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders, should promote the strengthening of partnerships and coordinated action, including programmes and capacity development efforts, with a view to strengthening the progressive realization of the right to adequate food in the context of national food security.
14- ينبغي على الدول والمنظمات الدولية والمجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص وجميع المنظمات غير الحكومية وأصحاب الشأن ذوي الصلة، الترويج لتعزيز الشراكات والعمل المنسق، بما في ذلك البرامج والجهود الرامية إلى تنمية القدرات، بهدف تعزيز الإعمال المطرد للحق في غذاء كافٍ في سياق الأمن الغذائي القطري.

In November 2004, the Food and Agriculture Organization adopted Voluntary Guidelines to support the Progressive Realization of the Right to Adequate Food in the Context of national food Security.
21- في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2004، اعتمد مجلس منظمة الأمم المتحدة للأغذية والزراعة (الفاو) مجموعة خطوط توجيهية طوعية لدعم الإعمال المطرد للحق في غذاء كاف في سياق الأمن الغذائي القطري(10).

Stressing that national development efforts should be supported by an enabling international environment, the international community and the UN system, including FAO, as well as other relevant agencies and bodies according to their mandates, are urged to take actions in supporting national development efforts for the progressive realization of the right to adequate food in the context of national food security.
وتأكيداً على ضرورة دعم الجهود الإنمائية القطرية بتهيئة بيئة دولية مواتية، تحث الأسرة الدولية ومنظومة الأمم المتحدة، ومن بينها منظمة الأغذية والزراعة، وكذلك الوكالات والأجهزة الأخرى ذات الصلة وفقا لاختصاصاتها، على اتخاذ الإجراءات لدعم الجهود الإنمائية القطرية من أجل التحقيق المطرد للحق في غذاء كافٍ في سياق الأمن الغذائي القطري.

(d) All stakeholders were encouraged to do their part to ensure that the CFS vision of ... a world free from hunger where countries implement the voluntary guidelines for the progressive realization of the right to adequate food in the context of national food security...is adequately reflected in the post-2015 development agenda.

This initiative built on and supports the Voluntary Guidelines to Support the Progressive Realization of the Right to Adequate Food in the Context of national food Security (Voluntary Guidelines on the Right to Food), which were adopted by the FAO Council at its Hundred and Twenty-seventh Session in November 2004, and the 2006 International Conference on Agrarian Reform and Rural Development (ICARRD).
وقد استندت هذه المبادرة على الخطوط التوجيهية الطوعية لدعم الإعمال التدريجي للحق في الغذاء الكافي في سياق الأمن الغذائي القطري (الخطوط التوجيهية الطوعية للحق في الغذاء)، التي اعتمدها مجلس منظمة الأغذية والزراعة للأمم المتحدة في دورته السابعة والعشرين بعد المائة في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2004 والمؤتمر الدولي للإصلاح الزراعي والتنمية الريفية الذي انعقد في عام 2006.
