245- وبصدد مسألة الأطفال الذين يعيشون و/أو يعملون في الشوارع ترحب اللجنة بوضع " خطة العمل لإنقاذ أطفال الشوارع " التي تهدف إلى إدماج هذه الفئة من الأطفال في المجتمع.

A memorandum of understanding was also signed between Morocco and Spain on 23 December 2003 requiring both parties to repatriate unaccompanied children. Morocco is continuing to take action on behalf of this group of children so that they can live a decent life as cherished members of society.
كما تم أيضاً تطبيق مذكرة تفاهم بتاريخ 23 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003 بين المغرب وإسبانيا تقضي بقيام كلا الدولتين بترحيل الأطفال غير المرافقين نحو بلدانهم الأصلية، هذا ويواصل المغرب جهوده للنهوض بأوضاع هذه الفئة من الأطفال ضماناً لحياة كريمة لهذه الشريحة الهامة من المجتمع.

288. The Government is working, inter alia, to provide care for orphans with a view to serving this group of children and helping them to integrate into society and become ordinary and useful individuals.
دور رعاية الأيتـام 288- رعاية الأيتام من المجالات التي تعمل الحكومة على توفيرها لخدمة هذه الفئة من الأطفال بما يساعدهم على الاندماج في المجتمع ليصبحوا أفراداً صالحين طبيعيين.

18. Recommends that States parties take all necessary measures to implement the right to health of indigenous children, in view of the comparatively low indicators regarding child mortality, immunization and nutrition that affect this group of children.
18 - توصي الدول الأطراف باتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لإعمال حق الأطفال من الشعوب الأصلية في التمتع بالصحة، وذلك في ضوء الانخفاض النسبي في مؤشرات الوفيات والتحصين والتغذية في أوساط هذه الفئة من الأطفال.

(a) OVC education fund which provides for this group of children's school fees from Grade 4 up to completion of secondary school.
(أ) صندوق تعليم الأطفال اليتامى والضعفاء الذي يتكفل بدفع الرسوم المدرسية لهذه الفئة من الأطفال من الصف الرابع وحتى إكمال التعليم الثانوي.

Violence against this group of children represents a particularly egregious violation of their rights (arts. 6 and 37), as it follows upon the failure of the State to offer protection and care to children whose rights are already under attack;

125- وبهدف تحسين الحماية الاجتماعية لأطفال الشوارع، جرى الاضطلاع بأنشطة من أجل تطوير الخدمات الاجتماعية لهذه الفئة من الأطفال.

763. The requirements of children with special needs have been met in two ways: firstly by improving special schools and secondly by facilitating the integration of this type of child in regular schooling.
763- واستُجيب إلى متطلبات الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بطريقتين، تمثلت الأولى في تحسين المدارس المخصصة والثانية في تيسير إدماج هذه الفئة من الأطفال في التعليم العادي.
