The Committee noted that, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 59/116, the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee had considered an item on space-system-based telemedicine under the three-year workplan adopted by the Subcommittee at its fortieth session.
149- لاحظت اللجنة أن اللجنة الفرعية العلمية والتقنية قد نظرت، عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة 59/116، في البند المتعلق بالتطبيب عن بعد المستند إلى النظم الفضائية بموجب خطة العمل الثلاثية السنوات التي اعتمدتها اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها الأربعين.

The Committee noted that, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 60/99, the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee had concluded its consideration of the item on space-system-based telemedicine under the threeyear workplan adopted by the Subcommittee at its fortieth session.
142- لاحظت اللجنة أن اللجنة الفرعية، عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة 60/99، أتمت نظرها في البند المتعلق بالتطبيب عن بعد بواسطة النظم الفضائية ضمن إطار خطة العمل الثلاثية السنوات التي اعتمدتها اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها الأربعين.

The Working Group noted that the Action Team on Sustainable Development (recommendation 11) and the Action Team on Innovative Sources of Financing (recommendation 32) had presented their final reports to the Subcommittee at its fortieth session and the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space at its forty-sixth session respectively, in 2003.
9- ولاحظ الفريق العامل أن فريقي العمل المعنيين بالتنمية المستدامة (التوصية 11) وبمصادر التمويل المبتكرة (التوصية 32) كانا قد قدّما تقريريهما الختاميين إلى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها الأربعين وإلى لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية في دورتها السادسة والأربعين، على التوالي، في عام 2003.

7. Agrees that, in the context of paragraph 5 (a) (ii) above, the Legal Subcommittee should establish a working group with the terms of reference as agreed upon by the Legal Subcommittee at its fortieth session, to be convened for three years, from 2002 to 2004;

At the 662nd meeting, on 5 April, the Chairman made an introductory statement on agenda item 5 and drew the attention of the Legal Subcommittee to the fact that it was a regular agenda item agreed upon by the Subcommittee at its fortieth session and endorsed by the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space at its forty-fourth session.
36- في الجلسة 662، المعقودة يوم 5 نيسان/أبريل، ألقى الرئيس كلمة افتتاحية حول البند 5 من جدول الأعمال، ولفت انتباه اللجنة الفرعية القانونية إلى أن هذا البند هو بند منتظم في جدول الأعمال، اتفقت عليه اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها الأربعين وأقرته لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية في دورتها الرابعة والأربعين.

The Subcommittee took note of efforts by ESA and UNESCO to use remote sensing in support of the Convention for the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage. The Subcommittee invited representatives of ESA, UNESCO and other bodies participating in that initiative, as well as Governments, to present their experiences to the Subcommittee at its fortieth session.
87- وأحاطت اللجنة الفرعية علما بما تبذله الإيسا واليونسكو من جهود لاستخدام الاستشعار عن بعد في دعم اتفاقية حماية التراث الثقافي والطبيعي العالمي.(7) ودعت اللجنة الفرعية ممثلي الإيسا واليونسكو وسائر الهيئات المشاركة في تلك المبادرة، وكذلك الحكومات، أن تقدم إلى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها الأربعين عروضا لتجاربها في هذا الصدد.

The Committee noted with satisfaction that the Subcommittee, at its forty-first session, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 58/89, had established a working group to consider comments received from member States of the Committee on the proposals on debris mitigation presented by the Inter-Agency Space Debris Coordination Committee (IADC) to the Subcommittee at its fortieth session (A/AC.105/823, para. 92).
96- ولاحظت اللجنة بارتياح أن اللجنة الفرعية أنشأت في دورتها الحادية والأربعين، عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة 58/89، فريقا عاملا للنظر في التعليقات الواردة من الدول الأعضاء في اللجنة على المقترحات التي قدّمتها لجنة التنسيق المشتركة بين الوكالات والمعنية بالحطام الفضائي (اليادك) بشأن التخفيف من مخاطر الحطام الفضائي إلى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها الأربعين (A/AC.105/823، الفقرة 92).
