17. Alteration and renovation of premises. Provision of $697,500 indicated in section B of the present annex is made for the renovation and upgrading of premises in order to meet the established United Nations accommodation standards.
١٧ - التعديلات والتجديدات في اﻷماكن - أدرج مبلغ ٥٠٠ ٦٩٧ دولار المشار إليه في الفرع باء من هذا المرفق لتجديد وتحديث اﻷماكن لتفي بمعايير اﻹقامة المعمول بها في اﻷمم المتحدة.

An amount of $11,300 provides for the transportation costs, freight at 15 per cent, connected with the equipment listed in section B of the present annex.

20. Communications equipment. Provision is made for the acquisition of additional communications equipment listed in section B of the present annex to incorporate the expansion of UNIKOM operational systems and to ensure provision of continued efficient service.
٢٠ - معدات الاتصالات - الاعتماد مدرج لاقتناء معدات الاتصالات اﻹضافية الواردة في الفرع باء من هذا المرفق للاستفادة بتوسيع نطاق النظم التشغيلية للبعثة وكفالة تقديم خدمات فعالة بصورة مستمرة.

3. International and local staff. The provision for international and local staff salaries and common staff costs during the liquidation phase is based on the average number of staff for each month as indicated in section B of the present annex.
٣ - الموظفون الدوليون والموظفون المحليون - يستند الاعتماد المخصص لمرتبات الموظفين الدوليين والموظفين المحليين والتكاليف العامة للموظفين خلال مرحلة تصفية البعثة إلى العدد المتوسط للموظفين لكل شهر على النحو المبين في الفرع باء من هذا المرفق.

7. Alteration and renovation of premises. The estimate provides for minor renovations and alterations geared towards providing and maintaining working facilities for the various premises listed in section B of the present annex.
٧ - تعديل اﻷماكن وتجديدها: رصد اعتماد تقديري لتجديدات وتعديلات طفيفة تستهدف توفير وصيانة مرافق عمل لشتى أماكن العمل المدرجة في الفرع باء من هذا المرفق.
