It was further suggested that the text of paragraph 2 would better fit in chapter I of the draft Model Law, reference should be made to " other law " in general (rather than to a specific provision of any other law) and the words in square brackets should be deleted as it would be uncommon for a legislation to state what it does not purport to achieve.
ورُئي كذلك أنَّه يُفضَّل إدراج نص الفقرة 2 في الفصل الأول من مشروع القانون النموذجي، وأنَّه ينبغي الإشارة إلى " القوانين الأخرى " بصفة عامة (لا إلى حكمٍ معيَّن في أي قانون آخر)، وأن تُحذَف العبارة الواردة بين معقوفتين لأنَّه سيكون مخالفاً للعُرف أن ينص أيُّ تشريع على ما لا يقصد تحقيقه.
