As members know, in 1993 the Romanian Space Agency signed the Agreement on Space Cooperation for Peaceful Purposes with the European Space Agency (ESA).
وكما يعلم اﻷعضاء، في ١٩٩٣ وقعت وكالة الفضاء الرومانية على الاتفاق بشأن التعاون الفضائي لﻷغراض السلمية مع وكالة الفضاء اﻷوروبية.

As a result of that Agreement, the Romanian Space Agency has received significant scientific and technical assistance, consisting of satellite emission-reception stations, remote sensing data and expert consulting.
ونتيجة للاتفاق، تلقت وكالة الفضاء الرومانية مساعدة علمية وتقنية هامة، تتكون من محطات توابع اصطناعية للبث والاستقبال، وبيانات الاستشعار من بعد ومشورة مختصة.

After the meeting, Romania requested membership in SMPAG, appointing the Romanian Space Agency (ROSA) as its representative body, and announced its delegation.
وبعد الاجتماع طلبت وكالة الفضاء الرومانية الانضمام إلى عضوية الفريق المذكور؛ وعيَّنت وكالةَ الفضاء الرومانية باعتبارها الهيئة التي تمثلها؛ وأعلنت عن تشكيل وفدها.

Participants noted the positive experience of the Romanian Space Agency, the Geoinformatics and Space Technology Development Agency of Thailand and Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography of the Russian Federation.

The office coordinated a national group of experts from the Romanian Space Agency, the meteorological service, the Centre for Remote Sensing Applications in Agriculture and the University of Agricultural Sciences in Bucharest.
فقد قام المكتب بتنسيق عمل مجموعة وطنية من الخبراء من وكالة الفضاء الرومانية ودائرة الأرصاد الجوية ومركز تطبيقات الاستشعار عن بُعد في الزراعة وجامعة العلوم الزراعية في بوخارست.

147- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية بارتياح أن وكالة الفضاء الرومانية سوف تشارك في تنظيم مؤتمر الدفاع الكوكبي الذي تضطلع به الأكاديمية الدولية للملاحة الفضائية والمقرّر عقده في رومانيا في أيار/مايو 2011.

The Committee noted with satisfaction that the Romanian Space Agency would co-organize the IAA Planetary Defence Conference, to be held in Romania in May 2011.
140- ولاحظت اللجنة مع الارتياح أن وكالة الفضاء الرومانية سوف تشارك في تنظيم مؤتمر الدفاع الكوكبي المقرر عقده برومانيا في أيار/مايو 2011.

In addition, Romania, through its National Institute for Aerospace Research and the Romanian Space Agency, had developed a small unmanned aircraft, a lenticular aerodyne, equipped to perform training in remote sensing communications, attitude control and navigation.
اضافة الى ذلك ، فقد عملت رومانيا من خلال معهدها الوطني ﻷبحاث الفضاء الجوي ووكالة الفضاء الرومانية على تطوير طائرة غير مأهولة ، من نوع المركبات العدسية الشكل المسيّرة هوائيا ، مزودة بمعدات ﻷداء وظائف التدريب في اتصالات الاستشعار عن بعد والتحكم بالارتفاع والملاحة .

The Committee noted that the International Academy of Astronautics had held its second conference on impacts by asteroids and comets on the Earth, entitled " From threat to action " and co-organized by the Romanian Space Agency, from 9 to 12 May 2011 in Bucharest.
135- ولاحظت اللجنةُ أنَّ الأكاديمية الدولية للملاحة الفضائية عقدت مؤتمرها الثاني بشأن آثار النيازك والمذنبات على كوكب الأرض، تحت عنوان " المخاطر وسبل التصدّي لها " ، الذي اشتركت في تنظيمه وكالة الفضاء الرومانية في الفترة من 9 إلى 12 أيار/مايو 2011 في بوخارست.

The Romanian Space Agency (ROSA), as the leading institution in the national space programme and international representative of Romania in major space-related organizations and agreements, is developing and planning applications of space technology to risk and disaster management bearing in mind specific national and regional issues.
6- وكالة الفضاء الرومانية (روسا)، باعتبارها المؤسسة الرئيسية في إطار برنامج الفضاء الوطني وكذلك ممثلة رومانيا في المنظمات والاتفاقات الرئيسية ذات الصلة بالفضاء، تقوم بتطوير وتخطيط تطبيقات تكنولوجيا الفضاء على إدارة المخاطر والكوارث، مع مراعاة القضايا الوطنية والإقليمية المعيّنة.

(ب) لحكومة رومانيا والإيسا والمركز الوطني الفرنسي للدراسات الفضائية، لاشتراكها في رعاية حلقة عمل الأمم المتحدة الاقليمية حول استخدام تكنولوجيا الفضاء في تدبّر الكوارث لصالح أوروبا، التي استضافتها وكالة الفضاء الرومانية في بويانا براسوف، رومانيا، من 19 إلى 23 أيار/مايو؛

4. The national coordinating body of the space activities is the Romanian Space Agency (ROSA), established in 1991 and reorganized by government decision in 1995 as an independent public institution under the auspices of the Ministry of Research and Technology (at present the National Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation).
٤ - وكالة الفضاء الرومانية )روزا( هي الهيئة الوطنية التي تنسق اﻷنشطة الفضائية ، وقد أنشئت عام ١٩٩١ وأعيد تنظيمها بقرار حكومي عام ٥٩٩١ كمؤسسة عامة مستقلة تحت رعاية وزارة البحوث والتكنولوجيا )تعرف في الوقت الحاضر بالوكالة الوطنية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والابتكار( .

15. On 29 October 2002, a memorandum of understanding concerning cooperation in the exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes was signed by ANASA and the Romanian Space Agency (ROSA) with a view to strengthening and broadening cooperation in the exploration and use of outer space exclusively for peaceful purposes between the two space agencies for their mutual benefit, taking into account their respective obligations.
15 - وفي 29 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2002، وقَّعت الوكالة مذكرة تفاهم مع وكالة الفضاء الرومانية تتعلق بالتعاون في استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية، بغية تعزيز وتوسيع التعاون في استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه قصراً للأغراض السلمية بين الوكالتين الفضائيتين لفائدتهما المشتركة، مع مراعاة التزامات كل منهما.

The United Nations Regional Workshop on the Use of Space Technology for Disaster Management for Europe was organized by the Office for Outer Space Affairs and the Romanian Space Agency, co-sponsored by ESA and CNES and coorganized with the secretariat of the International Strategy for Disaster Reduction. The Workshop was hosted by ROSA and held in Poiana-Brasov, Romania, from 19 to 23 May 2003.
23- نظّم حلقة عمل الأمم المتحدة الإقليمية حول استخدام تكنولوجيا الفضاء لأجل إدارة الكوارث في أوروبا مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي ووكالة الفضاء الرومانية (روسا) معا، وشارك في رعايتها الوكالة (إيسا) والمركز الوطني (سنيس)، كما شارك في تنظيمها أمانة الاستراتيجية الدولية للحد من الكوارث، واستضافت حلقة العمل الوكالة (روسا)، وعقدت في بويانا - براسوف، رومانيا، من 19 إلى 23 أيار/مايو 2003.

At the fourth regional workshop, which was organized together with the Romanian Space Agency and with ESA, CNES and the International Strategy for Disaster Reduction as co-sponsors, participants finalized a regional plan of action, focusing on three areas: (a) information and technology availability; (b) institutional environment; and (c) capacity-building.
وفي حلقة العمل الاقليمية الرابعة، التي نظمت بالاشتراك مع وكالة الفضاء الرومانية والإيسا والمركز الوطني الفرنسي للدراسات الفضائية والاستراتيجية الدولية للحد من الكوارث، قام المتشاركون في رعاية الحلقة بوضع الصيغة النهائية لخطة عمل إقليمية تركز على ثلاثة مجالات: (أ) توافر المعلومات والتكنولوجيا؛ (ب) البيئة المؤسسية؛ (ج) بناء القدرات.
