On 18 April 2008, the most recent version of the Common Military List of the European Union, which was adopted by the Council of the European Union on 10 March 2008, was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
وفي نيسان/أبريل 2008، نشرت أحدث نسخة من القائمة العسكرية الموحدة للاتحاد الأوروبي، التي اعتمدها مجلس الاتحاد الأوروبي في 10 آذار/مارس 2008، في الجريدة الرسمية للاتحاد الأوروبي.

Regarding arms embargoes, Somalia is included in the list of the States to which the export or transit of the goods listed in the Common Military List is prohibited and for which brokering in negotiations and transactions in the goods listed in the Common Military List is prohibited.
فيما يتعلق بقرارات حظر توريد الأسلحة، يرد اسم الصومال في قائمة الدول التي يُحظر تصدير السلع المدرجة في القائمة العسكرية الموحدة إليها أو عبورها أراضيها، والتي تُحظر السمسرة من أجلها في المفاوضات أو الصفقات المتعلقة بالسلع المدرجة في القائمة العسكرية الموحدة.

فيما يتعلق بحظر الأسلحة، فإن جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية مدرجة على قائمة الدول التي يحظر تصدير السلع المبينة في القائمة العسكرية الموحدة إليها أو مرورها العابر منها، والتي تحظر الوساطة باسمها في المفاوضات والصفقات المتعلقة بالقائمة العسكرية الموحدة.

All items on the European Common Military List and the Wassenaar Munitions List, under the title " conventional arms " , are subject to export controls.
جميع البنود المدرجة في القائمة العسكرية الموحدة الأوروبية وقائمة ذخائر واسينار، تحت عنوان " الأسلحة التقليدية " ، خاضعة لضوابط التصدير.

Council Regulation (EU) 224/2014 implements the prohibition on technical and financial assistance related to the goods and technology referred to in the Common Military List of the European Union (on the basis of Council Common Position 2008/944/CFSP as amended).
وتنص لائحة المجلس (EU) 224/2014 على تنفيذ الحظر المفروض على المساعدة التقنية والمالية ذات الصلة بالسلع والتكنولوجيا المشار إليها في القائمة العسكرية الموحدة للاتحاد الأوروبي (على أساس الموقف المشترك للمجلس 2008/944/CFSP بصيغته المعدلة).

Portugal has not exported, imported or allowed transit through its territory of any military good or technology identified in the Common Military List (as per Decree Law 153/2012 of 16 July 2012) to the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the past five years.
ولم تقم البرتغال بتصدير أي من السلع أو التكنولوجيا العسكرية المبَّينة في القائمة العسكرية الموحدة (بموجب مرسوم القانون 153/2012، المؤرخ 16 تموز/يوليه 2012) إلى جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية ولا باستيرادها أو السماح بعبورها لأراضيها في الخمس سنوات الماضية.

The regulation set forth in the Government Decree 16/2004. (II. 6.) covers small arms and light weapons since these items are included into its Annex identically as in the case of the European Union's Common Military List.
تشمل القواعد التنظيمية الواردة في المرسوم الحكومي 16/2004 (ثانيا - 6) جميع الأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة لأن هذه البنود مدرجة في مرفق المرسوم على نحو مطابق كما في حال القائمة العسكرية الموحدة الصادرة عن الاتحاد الأوروبي.

Libya was included in the List of the States to which the export or transit of the goods listed in the Common Military List is prohibited and for which brokering in negotiations and transactions in the goods listed in the Common Military List is prohibited, originally approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 237 of 1 March 2005.
:: حظر توريد الأسلحة وما يتصل بها من أعتدة: أُدرجت ليبيا في قائمة الدول التي يُحظر تصدير السلع المدرجة في القائمة العسكرية الموحدة إليها أو عبورها أراضيها، والتي تُحظر السمسرة من أجلها في المفاوضات والصفقات المتعلقة بالسلع المدرجة في القائمة العسكرية الموحدة، والتي اعتمدت أساسا بقرار حكومة جمهوية ليتوانيا رقم 237 المؤرخ 1 آذار/مارس 2005؛

In this regard, it is worth noting the Control of Exports (Goods and Technology) Order 2009, which provides that goods and technology on the European Union Common Military List cannot be exported " save under and in accordance with a licence " .
وبهذا الشأن، تجدر الإشارة إلى أن مرسوم الرقابة على الصادرات (السلع والتكنولوجيات) لعام 2009 الذي ينص على أن السلع والتكنولوجيات المدرجة في القائمة العسكرية الموحدة للاتحاد الأوروبي محظور تصديرها " إلا بموجب ترخيص ووفقا له " .

(b) Arms embargo: Belgian law provides that an export authorization is required for the sale, supply, transfer or export of arms and related material (this applies to all goods in the Common Military List of the European Union) to third countries; authorization for the provision of brokering services and other services related to military activities is also required.
(ب) حظر الأسلحة: يشترط القانون البلجيكي الحصول على إذن بالتصدير لبيع أو توريد أو نقل أو تصدير الأسلحة والمواد ذات الصلة إلى بلدان ثالثة (وينطبق ذلك على جميع السلع المدرجة في القائمة العسكرية الموحدة للاتحاد الأوروبي)، ويشترط أيضاً الحصول على إذن لتوفير خدمات السمسرة وغيرها من الخدمات المتعلقة بالأنشطة العسكرية.

The two agencies responsible for the implementation of legal provisions regarding sub-paragraphs 2(a) and (g) of the resolution are functioning within the Hungarian Trade Licensing Office. The main task for the Department of Arms Trade Control, as national authority for conventional arms, is the licensing of trade in military equipments listed in the Government decree 16/2004.(II. 6.) based on the European Union's Common Military List.
الوكالتان المسؤولتان عن تنفيذ الأحكام القانونية المتعلقة بالفقرتين الفرعيتين 2 (أ) و (ز) من القرار تعملان في مكتب إصدار الرخص التجارية الهنغاري، وتتمثل المهمة الرئيسية لإدارة مراقبة تجارة الأسلحة، بصفتها السلطة الوطنية للأسلحة التقليدية، في إصدار رخص التجارة بالمعدات العسكرية المدرجة في المرسوم الحكومي 16/2004 (ثانيا - 6) استنادا إلى القائمة العسكرية الموحدة الصادرة عن الاتحاد الأوروبي.
