The State shall immediately notify the Court of any provisional arrest made pursuant to article 92.

2. The request for provisional arrest shall be made by any medium capable of delivering a written record and shall contain:

For the purposes of article 92, paragraph 3, the time limit for receipt by the requested State of the request for surrender and the documents supporting the request shall be 60 days from the date of the provisional arrest.

A. Duration of provisional arrest in the requested State

For the purposes of paragraph 3 of article 92, the time limit for receipt by the requested State of the request for surrender and the documents supporting the request shall be 60 days from the date of the provisional arrest.
ﻷغراض الفقرة ٣ من المادة ٩٢، تكون المهلة الزمنية المحددة لكي تتلقى الدولة الموجﱠه إليها الطلب خلالها طلب التقديم والمستندات المؤيدة لهذا الطلب ٦٠ يوما من تاريخ إلقاء القبض الاحتياطي.

3. " Requesting State Party " shall mean the State Party which asks the requested State Party for mutual legal assistance in respect of a criminal matter and/or the extradition or provisional arrest with a view to extradition of a person.
3 - " الدولة الطرف الطالبة " ويقصد بها الدولة التي تطلب من الدولة الطرف الموجهة إليها الطلب مساعدة قانونية متبادلة في مسألة جنائية و/أو تسليم شخص، أو إلقاء القبض الاحتياطي على شخص ريثما يتم تسليمه.
