وقد أكدت لجنة التحكيم التابعة لمؤتمر الاتحاد اﻷوروبي/اﻷمم المتحدة والمعنية بيوغوسلافيا السابقة، تلك الحقيقة في فتاواها ٩ و ٠١ و ١١، كما أكد مجلس اﻷمن التابع لﻷمم المتحدة والجمعية العامة من جديد القرارات المشار إليها أعلاه.

Lebanon is willing to provide assistance to other States by cooperating and coordinating with them and exchanging information, in accordance with national legal codes and the international agreements to which it is a party; and with Interpol, insofar as its material and technical resources permit, with a view to implementing the above-mentioned resolutions.

5. The following measures have been taken with a view to implementing the recommendations contained in the above resolutions:

In this respect, our good relations with immediate and other neighbours is an important political asset for promoting the aims of the aforementioned resolutions and for strengthening the status.

47. The requests contained in the resolutions referred to above would give rise to additional requirements totalling $596,300 under section 21 (Human rights) and $412,000 under section 25E (Conference services) of the programme budget for the biennium 1994-1995.

(c) Control of land, air and sea borders and prevention of the entry into the country of individuals who are named in the annexes to the above-mentioned resolutions.

إن المحاولات المتكررة التي تقوم بها " جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية )صربيا والجبل اﻷسود( " ، وهي واحدة من الدول الخلف لجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية الاشتراكية السابقة، لكي تُقبل، بحكم الواقع، على أنها تمثل استمرارا للشخصية الدولية لجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية الاشتراكية السابقة، تخالف بصورة مباشرة القرارات المشار إليها أعلاه.

1. The domestic legal basis for implementing the asset freeze required by the above resolutions.

The Committee notes, therefore, that the above resolutions allow four weeks for the processing of documents, referred to as the 10-4-6 time frame.

24. Assistance provided to other States to help implement the measures contained in the aforementioned resolutions

While the above decisions still do not constitute a coherent and systematic judicial approach, a recent binding precedent from the Supreme Court on the issue should be taken into account.
