The terms and conditions of service shall be those of the permanent judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.
وتطبق عليهم نفس قواعد وشروط الخدمة المطبقة على القضاة الدائمين للمحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة.

Article 13 bis, paragraph 3, of the Statute of that Tribunal provides, in turn, that the terms and conditions of service of the permanent judges of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia shall be those of the judges of the International Court of Justice.
والفقرة 3 من المادة 13 مكررا من النظام الأساسي للمحكمة تنص بدورها على أن نفس قواعد وشروط الخدمة المطبّقة على قضاة محكمة العدل الدولية تطبّق على القضاة الدائمين للمحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة.

The Secretary-General suggests that these precedents be followed and that rule 151 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly be applied to the election of permanent judges of the International Tribunal.

5. After consultation with the permanent judges of the International Tribunal for Rwanda, the President shall assign such ad litem judges as may from time to time be appointed to serve in the International Tribunal for Rwanda to the Trial Chambers.

يسترعي انتباه الدول الأعضاء وغير الأعضاء التي توجد لديها بعثات مراقبة دائمة بمقر الأمم المتحدة إلى أن أجل تعيين مرشحين لانتخاب القضاة الدائمين للمحكمة الدولية لرواندا سينتهي يوم الاثنين، 23 أيلول/سبتمبر 2002.
