(i) Address activities currently being carried out or to be carried out on the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies in the near future;
`1` أن يتناول الأنشطة التي يجري الاضطلاع بها أو يُعتَزَمُ الاضطلاعُ بها فوق سطح القمر والأجرام السماوية الأخرى في المستقبل القريب؛

(iii) Identify the international and national rules governing activities on the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies;
`3` أن يحدّد القواعد الدولية والوطنية التي تحكم الأنشطة المضطلع بها على سطح القمر والأجرام السماوية الأخرى؛

الاتفاق المنظم لأنشطة الدول على سطح القمر والأجرام السماوية الأخرى

There shall be freedom of scientific investigation in outer space, including the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies, and States shall facilitate and encourage international cooperation in such investigation.
ويكون حرا إجراء الأبحاث العلمية في الفضاء الخارجي، بما في ذلك القمر والأجرام السماوية الأخرى، وتراعي الدول تيسير وتشجيع التعاون الدولي في مثل هذه الأبحاث.

Noting the achievements of States in the exploration and use of the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies,
إذ تلاحظ إنجازات الدول في استكشاف واستخدام القمر والأجرام السماوية الأخرى،

(i) Address activities currently being carried out or to be carried out on the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies in the near future;
`1` تناول الأنشطة التي يُضطلع بها حاليا أو من المقرّر أن يُضطلع بها فوق سطح القمر والأجرام السماوية الأخرى؛

(iii) Identify the international and national rules governing activities on the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies;
`3` تحديد القواعد الدولية والوطنية التي تحكم الأنشطة فوق سطح القمر والأجرام السماوية الأخرى؛

Should include prohibition of objects not only in orbit, but also in a trajectory status taking the spirit of Article 3 (3) of the Agreement Governing the activities of States on the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies.
وينبغي النصّ على حظر أجسام أخرى ليس فقط في المدار وإنما في حالة مسار مع استلهام روح الفقرة 3 من المادة 3 من الاتفاق المنظم لأنشطة الدول على سطح القمر والأجرام السماوية الأخرى.
