In that regard, the Committee recommends that the State party introduce mandatory training for the police, prosecutors, judges and other law enforcement officers on the application of criminal law provisions sanctioning incitement to racial hatred and discrimination by individuals and organizations, and that it inform the public about all legal remedies in the field of racial discrimination.

The Committee urges the State party to expedite the passing of legislation to criminalize the promotion of racial hatred and racial discrimination and the dissemination of racist material and ideology and to take firm measures to prosecute and punish those responsible.
تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على التعجيل بسن تشريع يجّرم الحض على الكراهية العنصرية والتمييز العنصري ونشر المواد التي تروج للعنصرية والعقائد العنصرية، وعلى اتخاذ تدابير حازمة لمقاضاة أولئك المسؤولين ومعاقبتهم.

The Special Rapporteur is of the view that sport can contribute positively to the elimination of racist and xenophobic violence by extremist movements and groups based on ideas of racial superiority that incite racial hatred and racial discrimination.
