For the purposes of compliance with Article 3 commitments, each Party included in Annex I shall limit its use of the mechanisms pursuant to Articles 6, 12 and 17 collectively which shall not exceed X per cent of that Party's assigned amount pursuant to their quantified emission limitation and reduction commitments as inscribed in Annex B.
