The Special Committee, in that connection, welcomes the assistance rendered by the United Nations Development Programme and invites other organizations of the United Nations system to assist in the development of the Territory.
وترحب اللجنة الخاصة في هذا الصدد بالمساعدة التي يقدمها برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي، وتدعو المؤسسات اﻷخرى في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة الى المساعدة في تنمية اﻹقليم.

At the same time, administering Powers should assume their responsibilities by cooperating with the Special Committee in that connection, so that, at the dawn of the new millennium, colonialism might be eradicated once and for all.
