110. At its fifty-fourth session, the Sub-Commission, in its decision 2002/110, requested Ms. Hampson to submit an extended working paper on reservations to human rights treaties to the Sub-Commission at its fifty-fifth session.

The Sub-Commission had appointed Ms. Iulia-Antoanella Motoc as Special Rapporteur to undertake a study on human rights and the human genome, based on her working paper (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2003/36) which was submitted to the SubCommission at its fiftyfifth session in August 2003.
