In paragraph 13 of the resolution, the Commission decided to invite the Chairman of the Sub-Commission at its forty-seventh session to report to the Commission at its fifty-second session on significant aspects of the work of the Sub-Commission.
٣ - وقررت اللجنة، في الفقرة ٣١ من القرار، دعوة رئيس اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين إلى تقديم تقرير إلى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في دورتها الثانية والخمسين عن الجوانب الهامة لعمل اللجنة الفرعية.

The Sub-Commission requested the Special Rapporteur to prepare her final report on the basis, inter alia, of the comments and information received and to submit it to the Sub-Commission at its forty-seventh session.
ورجت اللجنة الفرعية من المقررة الخاصة إعداد تقريرها النهائي بالاستناد، في جملة أمور، إلى التعليقات والمعلومات التي ترد، وتقديمه إلى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين.

104. The Commission on Human Rights, in its resolution 1995/19, invited the Special Rapporteur to submit his final report to the Subcommission at its forty-seventh session.
٤٠١- ودعت لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان، في قرارها ٥٩٩١/٩١ المقرر الخاص إلى تقديم تقريره النهائي إلى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين.

In a note verbale dated 31 August 2009, the Secretary-General invited Governments to submit information on the matter by 30 October 2009, so that that information could be submitted to the Subcommittee at its forty-seventh session.
ودعا الأمين العام، في مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة 31 آب/أغسطس 2009، الحكومات إلى تقديم معلومات عن هذه المسألة بحلول 30 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009، كي يتسنى عرضها على اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها السابعة والأربعين.

The attention of the Commission is also drawn to resolution 1995/28 adopted by the Sub-Commission at its forty-seventh session.

171. In its resolution 1995/26, the Commission decided to invite the Chairman of the Sub-Commission at its forty-seventh session to report to the Commission at its fifty-second session on significant aspects of the work of the Sub-Commission.
١٧١- وقد قررت اللجنة، في قرارها ٥٩٩١/٦٢، أن تدعو رئيس اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين الى تقديم تقرير الى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الثانية والخمسين عن الجوانب الهامة لعمل اللجنة الفرعية.

The report containing a preliminary set of basic policy guidelines submitted to the Sub-Commission at its forty-seventh session is currently before the Commission.
ومعروض على اللجنة حالياً التقرير الذي يحوي مجموعة أولية من المبادئ التوجيهية اﻷساسية للسياسة العامة، وهو التقرير الذي قُدم الى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين.

76. No decision was adopted under this item by the Sub-Commission at its forty-seventh session.

The Sub-Commission, in its decision 1994/116 of 26 August 1994, recommended that the Special Rapporteur submit his second progress report to the Working Group at its thirteenth session and to the Sub-Commission at its forty-seventh session.
فأوصت اللجنة الفرعية، في مقررها ٤٩٩١/٦١١ المؤرخ في ٦٢ آب/أغسطس ٤٩٩١، بأن يقدم المقرر الخاص تقريره المرحلي الثاني إلى الفريق العامل في دورته الثالثة عشرة وإلى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين.

In its decision 1995/105, the Commission also approved the request to the Special Rapporteur to submit a preliminary report to the Sub-Commission at its forty-seventh session, a progress report at its forty-eighth session and a final report at its forty-ninth session.

A final report containing draft principles and guidelines was transmitted to the Sub-Commission at its forty-seventh session (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1995/26).

In addition, it requested the Secretary-General to invite indigenous peoples' organizations, Governments and non-governmental organizations to submit information concerning the progress of the court-ordered mediation for consideration by the Subcommission at its forty-seventh session.
وبالاضافة إلى ذلك رجت اﻷمين العام دعوة منظمات الشعوب اﻷصلية والمنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية إلى تقديم معلومات عن التقدم المحرز في الوساطة التي أمرت بها المحكمة لتنظر فيها اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين.

55. The group proposed that in the final report to be submitted to the Subcommission at its forty-seventh session, express reference should be made to that type of initiative and that the Subcommission should accordingly decide to submit to the Commission a draft recommendation on the question in the following terms:
٥٥- ويقترح الفريق أن يشار صراحة في التقرير الختامي الذي سيقدم إلى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين إلى هذا النوع من المبادرات وأن تحيل اللجنة الفرعية بالتالي مشروع توصية بشأن هذه المسألة إلى اللجنة ينص على ما يلي:

The Legal Subcommittee agreed on the following items to be proposed to the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space for inclusion in the agenda of the Subcommittee at its forty-seventh session:
