Ombudsperson 43. Although an Assistant Parliamentary Ombudsman has been appointed to supervise the implementation of children's rights, the Committee takes note that discussions on the establishment of a national ombudsperson continue and that the State party shall make final decisions in that regard based on the experience with the Assistant Parliamentary Ombudsman.
