20. WIPO stipulates that “intellectual property” refers to property generated by intellectual creations, particularly technological inventions and literary and artistic works. “Property” means that protected inventions and works under copyright protection can be used only with the consent of the inventor, author or other “owner” of the rights.
٠٢- ووفقاً للمنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية تعني " الملكية الفكرية " ملكية ناشئة من اﻹبداعات الفكرية، وبخاصة الاختراعات التكنولوجية واﻷدب واﻷعمال الفنية. وتعني " الملكية " أنه لا يمكن استخدام الاختراعات واﻷعمال المحمية بموجب حماية حقوق التأليف إلا بموافقة المخترع أو المؤلف أو " مالك " هذه الحقوق.

165. Article 2,166 provides that: “For the purposes of the previous article, the author of a literary, scientific or artistic work is deemed to be the person who creates it, or that person's heirs universal or particular, regardless of whether the work is published under the name of the author or under a pseudonym.

(i) Broadcasting organizations may, without the authority of the author or payment of special remuneration, make ephemeral recordings of a work that they have the right to broadcast, using their own equipment and for use in their own broadcasts.

782- ولصاحب العمل الذي ينمو إلى علمه استخدام المواد المشمولة بالملكية الفكرية الحق في إبلاغ الأمر إلى الهيئات المحلية المسؤولة عن الشؤون الداخلية، بينما يتعرض أي شخص أخل بحقوق المؤلف أو الحقوق المشابهة ذات الصلة بها للمحاكمة بموجب القانون المدني والإداري والقانون الجنائي.
