(3) The Committee notes with satisfaction that the State party has submitted its core document in accordance with the requirements of the common core document in the harmonized guidelines on reporting under international human rights treaties.

4. On 23 June 2006, the Eighteenth Meeting of Chairpersons of the Human Rights Treaty Bodies accepted the harmonized guidelines on reporting under the international human rights treaties, including guidelines on a common core document and treaty specific documents (HRI/MC/2006/3).

The Committee invites the State party to follow the harmonized guidelines on reporting under the international human rights treaties, including guidelines on a common core document and treaty-specific documents that were approved at the fifth inter-committee meeting of the human rights treaty bodies, in June 2006 (HRI/MC/2006/3 and Corr.1).
