13. The SFA is to be used by each country Party and other reporting entities to list all financial commitments they have made during the reporting period in support of institutions, programmes, projects, as well as other relevant initiatives undertaken at national or international level for the implementation of the Convention.
13- سوف يستخدم كل دولة طرف والكيانات الأخرى المختصة برفع التقارير المرفق المالي الموحد لتسجيل كافة الالتزامات المالية التي أوفوا بها خلال فترة رفع التقارير لدعم المؤسسات والبرامج، والمشاريع وكذلك المبادرات الأخرى ذات الصلة التي تم التعهد بها على المستويين الوطني أو الدولي لتنفيذ الاتفاقية.
