4. The Mechanism shall be in compliance with the obligations set forth in the Convention and respect the principles of equality and the sovereignty of States.

Article 63 of the Convention establishes a Conference of the States Parties to the Convention to improve the capacity of and cooperation between States parties to achieve the objectives set forth in the Convention and to promote and review its implementation.
4- ويُنشأ، بمقتضى المادة 63 من الاتفاقية، مؤتمر للدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية من أجل تحسين قدرة الدول الأطراف وتعاونها على تحقيق الأهداف المبيّنة في الاتفاقية ومن أجل تشجيع تنفيذها واستعراضه.

These coordination groups can provide an excellent basis for discussing the needs for assistance in implementing the Convention and to deepen already existing donor efforts to bring the guiding principles set out in the Convention into the mainstream in their respective programmes and policies.
فيمكن أن توفّر أفرقة التنسيق هذه أساسا ممتازا لمناقشة الاحتياجات من المساعدة في تنفيذ الاتفاقية وتعميق الجهود التي تبذلها الجهات المانحة بالفعل لتعميم المبادئ التوجيهية المبيّنة في الاتفاقية في سياق برامج وسياسات كل منها.

Urges States parties to ensure that their public service is aligned with the principles outlined in the Convention, including, inter alia, efficiency, transparency and objective criteria in recruitment, the promotion of integrity, honesty and responsibility and adherence to codes of conduct for public officials;
17- يحثُّ الدولَ الأطرافَ على ضمان اتساق نظامها للخدمة العمومية مع المبادئ المبيّنة في الاتفاقية ومنها الالتزام بمعيار الكفاءة والشفافية والموضوعية في التعيين وتعزيز النزاهة والأمانة والتحلِّي بروح المسؤولية والامتثال لمدونات قواعد السلوك الخاصة بالموظفين العموميين؛

31. Training is being provided to enable women to promote women's rights, with dedicated days devoted to examining and publicizing the rights set forth in the Convention and its Optional Protocol.
31 - يجري توفير التدريب لتمكين المرأة من النهوض بالحقوق النسائية، مع تكريس أيام مخصصة لفحص الحقوق المبيّنة في الاتفاقية وبروتوكولها الاختياري والتعريف بها على نطاق واسع.

The Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption was established in accordance with article 63 of the Convention to improve the capacity of and cooperation between States parties to achieve the objectives set forth in the Convention.
1- عملاً بالمادة 63 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد، أنشئ مؤتمر الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد من أجل تحسين قدرة الدول الأطراف وتعاونها على تحقيق الأهداف المبيّنة في الاتفاقية.

In accordance with article 63 of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, the Conference of the States Parties to the Convention was established to improve the capacity of the States parties and their cooperation to achieve the objectives set forth in the Convention.

States parties reporting partial or no compliance with the provisions under review ( " yes, in part " or " no " ) were requested to identify the types of technical assistance that, if available, would facilitate the implementation of the measures set forth in the Convention.
11- وطُلب إلى الدول الأطراف التي أبلغت عن الامتثال الجزئي للأحكام قيد الاستعراض أو عن عدم الامتثال لها (أي ردّت بـ " نعم، جزئيا، أو بـ " لا " )، أن تحدّد أنواع المساعدة التقنية التي من شأنها، إذا توافرت، أن تيسر تنفيذ التدابير المبيّنة في الاتفاقية.

In accordance with article 63 of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (General Assembly resolution 58/4, annex), the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption was established to improve the capacity of and cooperation between States parties to achieve the objectives set forth in the Convention and to promote and review its implementation.

- To the extent that the crimes set out in the Convention are not mentioned specifically in any extradition treaty existing between States parties, they shall be deemed to be included as extraditable offences in the treaty.
- بقدر ما تكون الجرائم المبيّنة في الاتفاقية غير مذكورة على وجه التحديد في أي معاهدة لتسليم المجرمين بين الدول الأطراف، فإنها تعتبر مندرجة في المعاهدة باعتبارها جرائم تستوجب تسليم المجرمين.

In 2002 Romania submitted a declaration, in accordance with article 14 (1) of the Convention, recognizing the competence of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination to receive and consider complaints from persons within its jurisdiction claiming to be victims of violations of any of the rights set out in the Convention.
