75. In line with its Inter-Agency Standing Committee-related responsibility, UNHabitat launched an emergency fund which aims to deliver on its Strategic Policy on Human Settlements in Crisis, and to make the agency's humanitarian response more predictable, systematic and rapid.
75 - وأنشأ موئل الأمم المتحدة، تمشيا مع مسؤوليته المتصلة باللجنة الدائمة المشتركة بين الوكالات، صندوقا للطوارئ يهدف إلى تنفيذ سياساته الاستراتيجية المتعلقة بالمستوطنات البشرية التي تمر بأزمات، وإلى جعل استجابة الوكالة الإنسانية أكثر قابلية للتنبؤ وإلى زيادة انتظامها وسرعتها.

15. In paragraph 11 of his report, the Secretary-General indicated that the activities relating to the Commission were of an extraordinary nature and should be dealt with outside the procedures relating to the contingency fund, as provided for in paragraph 11 of annex I to General Assembly resolution 41/213 of 19 December 1986.
٥١ - وأشار اﻷمين العام في الفقرة ١١ من تقريره الى أن اﻷنشطة المتصلة باللجنة هي ذات طبيعة غير عادية وينبغي تناولها خارج إطار اﻹجراءات المتصلة برصيد المصاريف الطارئة، على النحو المنصوص عليه في الفقرة ١١ من المرفق اﻷول لقرار الجمعية العامة ١٤/٣١٢ المؤرخ ٩١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٦٨٩١.

11. The Secretary-General is of the view that the activities relating to the Commission are of an extraordinary nature and should be dealt with outside the procedures related to the contingency fund, as provided for in paragraph 11 of annex I to General Assembly resolution 41/213 of 19 December 1996.
١١ - يرى اﻷمين العام أن اﻷنشطة المتصلة باللجنة ذات طبيعة استثنائية، وينبغي التعامل معها خارج اﻹجراءات المتصلة بصندوق الطوارئ، على النحو المنصوص عليه في الفقرة ١١ من المرفق اﻷول لقرار الجمعية العامة ٤١/٢١٣ المؤرخ ١٩ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٦.
