For this reason, Thailand intends to ratify ILO Convention No. 87 on Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organize and No. 98 on Right to Organize and Collective Bargaining.

It is to be noted that Myanmar is a member of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and is a party to its conventions concerning forced labour (No. 29) and concerning Freedom of Association and protection of the right to organize (No. 87).
ويجب ملاحظـــة أن ميانمار عضو في منظمة العمل الدوليـــة وطرف في اتفاقيتها المتعلقة بالسخرة )رقم ٢٩( واتفاقيتها المتعلقة بالحرية النقابية وحماية حق التنظيم النقابي )رقم ٨٧(.

25. Luxembourg has ratified Convention No. 98 (1949) concerning the Right to Organise and to Bargain Collectively and Convention No. 87 (1948) concerning Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organise of the International Labour Organization (ILO).
٥٢- وقد صدّقت لكسمبرغ على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم ٨٩ المتعلقة بحق التنظيم والمفاوضة الجماعية لعام ٩٤٩١. وصدّقت لكسمبرغ كذلك على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم ٧٨ المتعلقة بالحرية النقابية وحماية الحق النقابي لعام ٨٤٩١.

158. According to the Ministry of Labour, the Government of El Salvador has not yet adopted or ratified ILO Conventions No. 87 concerning Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organize and No. 98 concerning the Right to Organize and to Bargain Collectively.

They are fundamental rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in international human rights treaties, including those to which Myanmar is party: the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women and ILO Convention No. 87 on Freedom of Association and the Protection of the Right to Organize.

Mafiwasta added that the United Arab Emirates has not signed core ILO Convention No. 87 on Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organise and Convention No. 98 on the Right to Organise and Collective Bargaining.
وأضافت منظمة " ما في واسطة " أن الإمارات العربية المتحدة لم توقع اتفاقية منظمة العمل الأساسية رقم 87 المتعلقة بالحرية النقابية وحماية حق التنظيم، والاتفاقية رقم 98 المتعلقة بحق التنظيم والمفاوضة الجماعية.

78. Myanmar also acceded to a number of ILO conventions, including, as noted above, the Forced Labour Convention, 1930 (No. 29) and the Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organize Convention, 1948 (No. 87), which are of particular importance from a human rights perspective.
78- وانضمت ميانمار أيضاً إلى عدد من اتفاقيات منظمة العمل الدولية منها، كما ورد أعلاه، الاتفاقية رقم 29 المتعلقة بالسخرة لعام 1930، والاتفاقية رقم 87 المتعلقة بالحرية النقابية وحماية الحق في التنظيم لعام 1948 التي تتسم بأهمية خاصة في مجال حقوق الإنسان.

It also recommends that the State party extend the competence of the National and State Human Rights Commissions to include considering alleged violations of labour rights, and to implement the recommendations concerning trade union freedom contained in the " Diagnosis on the human rights situation in Mexico " elaborated by the office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Mexico.
كما توصي الدولة الطرف بتوسيع اختصاص اللجنة الوطنية ولجان الولايات لحقوق الإنسان كي تشمل النظر في الادعاءات المتعلقة بانتهاكات حقوق العمل، وتنفيذ التوصيات المتعلقة بالحرية النقابية المدرجة في الدراسة التي أعدها مكتب المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان في المكسيك بعنوان " تشخيص حالة حقوق الإنسان في المكسيك " .
